Benefits
West Bridgewater School System offers its benefit eligible employees the opportunity to participate in a variety of benefit programs. All insurance programs are voluntary; however, employees must choose a retirement plan.
If you are a teacher you are required to contribute to Mass Teachers Retirement System, non teaching position employees are required to contribute to Plymouth Country Retirement and all other seasonal and temporary employees are required to contribute to ING. We offer competitive plans for medical and dental insurance.
In addition, benefit eligible employees are offered Medical and Dependent Care Flex Spending Accounts as well as Long Term and Short Term Disability Plans.
