Civil Rights and Title IX Information
West Bridgewater Public Schools does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, religion, disability, age, genetic information, active military/veteran status, marital status, familial status, pregnancy, or pregnancy-related condition, homelessness, ancestry, ethnic background, national origin, or any other category protected by state or federal law in the administration of its educational and employment policies, or in its programs and activities.
In accordance with Title IX, the West Bridgewater Public Schools prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates. Individuals may (1) make a report about conduct that may constitute sex discrimination under Title IX; (2) file a complaint of sex discrimination under Title IX by contacting the Title IX Coordinator, Debora Llanes dllanes@wbridgewater.com, and (3) inquire about the application of Title IX to the Title IX Coordinator, the Office for Civil Rights (Civil Rights Office | Home | Office of Justice Programs (ojp.gov)), or both.
