Other Important Information

  • Absences:  We highly discourage vacation holidays taken on scheduled school days.  For educational excellence, students need to be present in the classroom.  If a student is absent we expect a parent or guardian to call the school. Electronic absence messages will be sent out daily to absent students.

  • After School Assistance: Students are encouraged to stay for extra help but need to be picked up promptly by 2:35 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with the teacher.  If not staying for a teacher, students should leave school at 2:05.

  • Aspen:  Student grades should be posted regularly in Aspen.  All Progress Reports and Report Cards will be posted in Aspen. No paper reports will be sent home. If you need a copy please contact the main office.  If you have issues with Aspen, please send an email to aspensupport@wbridgewater.com

  • Athletics and Director of Student Activities - Contact Athletic Director  Ms. Hammel jhammel@wbridgewater.com with any questions related to athletics or clubs/activities.  A reminder that all athletes must sign up using Family ID (on website) Physicals must be up to date (13 months)

If students arrive after 7:45am they are not eligible for after school activities including athletics without a note from or doctor or approval from Administration.
