\r\nThe World Language Department in conjunction with the Global Citizens Club, Model UN, and the World Language Honor Societies are happy to announce that The World Culture Night is returning this year! On Thursday, March 16th beginning at 5:30 pm, we will host this incredible community event filled with lots of food, music and entertainment. Students and families from the community will set up tables in our cafeteria, each representing a different country of their choosing. On each table, students or families will create a dish to serve as the community eats around the world! During this event, there will be several cultural workshops to participate in as well, such as African drumming, Chinese lettering, and Zumba to Brazilian music. If you and your family are interested in representing your culture with a table, we would love to have you! Please reach out to Senora Oliveira if interested . Cost of attendance is $5 per person with a $25 family cap. Come help us celebrate all of the great culture and heritage that our community has to offer!
\r\nThere is a MANDATORY meeting for any and all students participating in the World Culture Night during PB on Monday, March 13th during PB after the 5 minute freeze in the auditorium. This includes members of the Spanish and French Honor Societies, Model UN, Global Citizens, Action Club, and any other volunteers. It is crucial that you attend to have all of the information needed to help make the event a success. If you have any questions, please see Señora Oliveira.
\r\nAttention all soon to be inductees to the French and Spanish Honor Societies! There will be mandatory practice for the induction ceremony in the auditorium during PB on Tuesday, March 14th and Thursday, March 16th after the 5 minute freeze. See Señora Oliveira or Madame Eddlem with any questions.

\r\nThe boys basketball team finished their season with a hard fought game at Randolph. The effort from the wildcats was exceptional with Tommy Perna, Ryan McGrath, and Jacob Sousa leading the way. Jag Garces and Nathan Anderson were animals on the boards for WB. Thomas Stapleton and Collin Baker did a nice job running the offense and getting some good looks for the wildcats. Congratulations to the seniors, Jaiden Podolske, Nathan Hancock, Tommy Perna, Ryan McGrath, Jacob Sousa, Nate Anderson, Kyan Santiago-Calling, and Luke Sinasky on leading this team to a phenomenal season! The team would like to extend a huge thank you to all the staff, parents, fans, the cheerleaders and the best student section in New England, the bench, for coming out and supporting the team. Your support turned their gym into what felt like a home game for us. Thank you! You are the best!
