MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
\r\n3/10/2023
\r\nThe World Language Department in conjunction with the Global Citizens Club, Model UN, and the World Language Honor Societies are happy to announce that The World Culture Night is returning this year! On Thursday, March 16th beginning at 5:30 pm, we will host this incredible community event filled with lots of food, music and entertainment. Students and families from the community will set up tables in our cafeteria, each representing a different country of their choosing. On each table, students or families will create a dish to serve as the community eats around the world! During this event, there will be several cultural workshops to participate in as well, such as African drumming, Chinese lettering, and Zumba to Brazilian music. If you and your family are interested in representing your culture with a table, we would love to have you! Please reach out to Senora Oliveira if interested . Cost of attendance is $5 per person with a $25 family cap. Come help us celebrate all of the great culture and heritage that our community has to offer!
\r\nGood morning drama club, cast and crew of Legally Blonde! There will be no tech rehearsal this weekend. Please see our Google classroom for more information about tech days coming your way.

\r\nThe WBYAA Field Day will be held on Saturday, April 29th and they are looking for about 25 volunteers to assist them. They are looking for student volunteers who can help with raffles, the snack shack, and clean up. They are looking for a student who would like to be the wildcat mascot to march in the parade. Lastly, they are looking for someone to sing the National Anthem or a band performance.

The biggest competition though this week is happening tonight in the Auditorium. That’s right, it’s the 2023 Mr. WB Contest. We have not two, not six, but 10 boys ready to compete for your vote and the judges vote to become the next Mr. WB.

\r\nBryce Leighton’s favorite movie
\r\nRyan Polen’s hobbies
