MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

\r\nSeniors - see Mr. Hanna at lunch this week to receive your student ID’s. You will need these to scan out/in for PRIVS.
\r\nToday’s breakfast choices include sausage wrapped in pancake on a stick with tots, assorted egg sandwiches, soft pretzels, caramel apple “nachos” strawberry smoothies, a variety of pastries, uncrustables and the “pick two” snack rack.
\r\nAt lunch, nuggets and noodles with dipping sauce, meatball subs,and Wild Mike’s cheesy bites with marinara are the hot entrees. Chilled, freshly made grab and go’s include chicken caesar salads and wraps, Buffalo chicken wraps and salads, vegetarian mediterranean wraps, bagels w/ yogurt, turkey and ham subs and uncrustables.
\r\nDrum Circle is back! Any student grades 7-12 wishing to be a part of this can join us in the music room Friday during power block. You can pick up your pass outside the Green Common office in the folder marked Drum Circle.
\r\nThere will be an interest meeting for Drama Club after school today in the Band Room. If you are interested in acting, singing, and dancing onstage or being a part of the backstage tech team, please join us! All students in grades 7-12 are welcome!
\r\nSchool is stressful! Want to chill out? Stop by the computer lab to hang out with friends and get in some game time. Join us next Thursday, September 14th, after school, for our first meeting of the Minecraft and Video Game Club. Minecraft club isn’t just for Minecraft anymore. We play a variety of school appropriate games both online and in real life. Check out our Magic the Gathering games. We have tons of cards, so anyone interested in learning can play. In addition to planning another challenging gaming tournament, we are also looking into starting a League of Legends practice team. Any questions, stop by and see Mrs. Edgar.
\r\nSophomores, after the powerblock freeze, please report to the auditorium for a class meeting regarding class rings
\r\nStudents who are interested in taking the PSAT exam on Saturday, October 14, must sign up in Guidance by September 22nd, as well as pay the test fee of $30.
\r\nAP exams are $98 per exam. The deadline to pay is Wednesday, November 15th.

\r\nThe Class of 2026 & 2027 Elections will be taking place in the next couple of weeks to select the class officers for the 2023-2024 school year. If you are interested in running, please check your email and see Mrs. Longo in room 203 for more information.
