The Superintendent is looking for volunteers to babysit during a town meeting that will be held on Monday, October 16th at the high school. Please let Mrs. MacMillan know if you can help out for the hours of 5:45 - 8:00 p.m. These hours can be applied to your community service hours.
The next Photo Club Meeting will be Monday Oct 2 after school in room 202. New Members are always welcome.
Would you like to take a moment in your day to be mindful of your presence, posture and breath? Then power block yoga is for you. Join Mrs. Brogna in the auditorium this Tuesday and every Tuesday at Power block beginning tomorrow, October 3rd. No worries if you are new to yoga. This class is for all levels and will meet you where you are at. See you on the mat!
SENIORS: All of your Senior Section yearbook submissions are due on Tuesday, October 10th. This includes your Senior Photo, baby photo, Senior quote and Bio. Use the Class of 2024 Yearbook Classroom for full instructions on how to upload photos and to submit your quote and bio. No late submissions will be accepted. See Mrs. DeLorenzo or Mrs. DeSimone with any questions.
Please remember to email your senior picture to Mrs. MacMillan as well.
Students who are interested in taking the PSAT exam must inform Mrs. MacMillan in Guidance.
The next Robotics Club Meeting will be on Monday, Oct 2nd after school in the robotics room. All interested high school students are welcome with no experience necessary! See Ms. Brennan if you have any questions or want more information.
Free breakfast is available daily before the bell and at the mid-morning break. Important! students getting breakfast before the bell will need to pay for any additional food at break time. Today’s featured hot breakfast is sausage wrapped in pancake batter on a stick with tots. Other choices include a variety of pastries, soft pretzels, uncrustables, assorted breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, rainbow sprinkle yogurt parfaits and the “pick 2” snack rack. For cereal lovers, check out the new cereal varieties at the speedy cereal display in front of the milk chest. For lunch, the hotline is serving Asian chicken over rice with broccoli and a fortune cookie. Burgers and big daddy’s pizza round out the hot food. Freshly made grab and go’s include chicken caesar salads and wraps, Chicken bacon ranch wraps, vegetarian mediterranean wraps, bagels w/ yogurt, turkey and ham subs and uncrustables. This week’s featured salad is Fiesta Chicken with cheddar, corn and blackbeans, served with sour cream, tortilla scoops and a Southwest Ranch dressing.
