MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

10/23/2023

Video Club has been canceled today. See you next week!

There will be a Principal’s Council meeting on Tuesday during powerblock in the Guidance Conference Room

Trunk Or Treat is back! This yearly event, run by the National Honor Society will be held on Oct. 28th from 3-5 PM.

Hey skiers and riders. There will be an informational meeting today during PB in the auditorium for anyone interested in joining this year's Ski & Snowboard Club. The Club is open to all high school students and no experience is necessary. Whether you’re coming back for the fourth year or looking to see if it’s for you for the first time, be at the meeting today.

Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed?  Need a little breathing space?  Join YOGA CLUB!  It will be held in the Learning Commons on the first Thursday evening of each month from 6:45-8pm starting November 2.  Nurse Diedrichsen will be having an informational meeting during power block this Friday for anyone who is interested.  Mrs. Brogna will continue her power block yoga every Tuesday as well.  At this time both yoga opportunities are open to grades 9-12 only.

Have you always wanted to know what it is like to be a star on the stage, to act, dance and sing?! Or are you creative and want to help with costumes and set design? Or want to make sure the show runs smoothly with set crew? Then look no further and check out WILDCAT PLAYERS, for this year’s spring musical! The spring musical is open to all students in grades 7-12. We will be having two interest meetings on Oct. 24th in the Auditorium during powerblock and then after school in Room 105. We hope to announce what show we will perform and give vital information on how to be a part of both cast and crew! NO need to commit right now, just come and learn about the program! We want to work with all students, so if you are interested and are concerned about sports or conflicts, please check it out, we hope to ease any obstacle that might prevent you from showing off your talents! See Ms. Martin or Ms. Romano with any questions!

Attention, would-be heroes: There is a Leos Club meeting during Power Block this morning (Monday) in Room 211. Leos Club is open to all students in Grades 7 through 12. If you are willing and able to lend a helping hand–or two– to community service projects to benefit those in need, then please join us, or contact Ms. O’Loughlin for more information. You don’t need a super power to be a hero, just a heart and mind committed to helping!
