The West Bridgewater Lions Club will be hosting their annual Fall Holiday Craft fair on Sunday November 12. They are looking for volunteers to be at the school at 8:00 to help the crafters with unloading their crafts and bringing them to their booths. The volunteers can show up at the main entrance of the school and members of the Lions Club can direct them where to go and what to do. This is a great opportunity for Seniors and NHS students to earn their volunteer hours! Please sign up in Guidance.

The Global citizens club had a very successful turn out for the World Cancer Research Fund. Collectively we raised $350 for the World Cancer Research Fund and sold out all of the bracelets. Thanks to everyone who helped support the cause and bought some bracelets!! 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the WCFR

Emmanuel College is visiting today at 8:30 a.m. and UMass Dartmouth is visiting at 1:30 p.m. Please pick up your pass if you signed up for either of these visits.
It is time for the 3 on 3 Powerblock Tournament. All eligible teams have been submitted and put in an excel sheet that has been emailed out to staff. That sheet is your pass if your name is on it. Students not listed on the sheet will not be allowed in the gym until the championship bracket. Games will tip on Thursday 11/9 after the 5 minute freeze. Get together with your team right when you get to the gym so games can start on time.
Free breakfast is available daily before the bell and at the mid-morning break. Important! students getting breakfast before the bell will need to pay for any additional food at break time. Today’s featured hot breakfast is a warm cinnamon swirl roll. Other choices include a variety of pastries, soft pretzels, uncrustables, assorted breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, rainbow yogurt parfaits and the “pick 2” snack rack. For cereal lovers, check out the speedy cereal display in front of the milk chest and Quaker maple and brown sugar oatmeal cups at the grill. Hot lunch entrees include beef and cheese nachos with toppings, chicken patties and Chinese dumplings. Along with cheese and pepperoni, the pizza special today is a cheeseburger pizza with ground beef, pickles and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Freshly made grab and go’s include chicken caesar salads and wraps, chicken bacon ranch wraps, vegetarian mediterranean wraps, bagels w/ yogurt, ham subs and uncrustables. This week’s featured wrap is a Mexican chicken cheddar wrap with tostito scoops. Please think about reducing food waste! Only take what you think you’ll eat and put unopened juice, fruit and other sealed items in the share bins for others to enjoy.
