(10/8) Yesterday out on the athletic fields, the West Bridgewater Cross Country teams picked up two solid victories over Dartmouth.  Despite a brief rain shower during their race, Madsen Anderson, Nathan Razza and Eric Ames took three of the top four spots.  Seniors Chance Bain, Chris Pratt, CJ Smith, and Adam Smith all began their final seasons with great races in the 21 - 40 victory.  As the sun returned to the sky, the girls took control of the course and took places 3 through 10 in the race to earn a 25 - 36 victory.  Seniors Charlotte Sinasky, Lauren Mitcheson, Alli Adams, Ella Milne, and Liz Cashman each gave it their all throughout the entire race.

WB volleyball fell in 3 sets to Dartmouth in their season opener at home.  (10-25; 13-25; 17-25)

Offensive player of the match for WB was 8th grade setter Ava Harkins; defensive player of the game was sophomore Julia Holland. Great serving efforts by Bryanna Vilnaigre, Brittiana Brache, and Paige McGettrick..

The Field Hockey team picked up a 3 to 2 win over a tough Dartmouth team in their season opener. WB showed great toughness and grit as a team throughout the game.
