Skinner was unstoppable attacking the hoop. Brady Roderick and Tommy Perna were solid on defense for WB. The boys play again Friday at East Bridgewater.
The JV girls basketball team fell to Westport last night by 7 in their first game, but their effort and determination did not go unnoticed. 8th grader Ava O’Neil led the team with 10 points, and Captain Cassidy Perrault dropped two three pointers back to back, giving the girls the momentum they needed. The girls came back from behind in the second half and worked hard. They’ll get them next time. The girls pray Friday at Westport, tune into the live feed to show your support.
The West Bridgewater Varsity girls basketball team played their opening game against reigning champ Westport.
