WEATHER

Less Stress to Feel Your Best is a series kicking off at the WB public library. The series will focus on different programs that students in grades 9-12 can take part in and the best part, it’s free. All of these programs are based around wellness and aim to make students in high school have an opportunity to destress & try something new, (whether solo or with their friends) as a way to feel more positive about themselves.

The series kicks off on Wednesday, March 24th at 2:30pm and we will be having more events throughout the spring and summer. Our first presenter is Maeve Ronan, an author in her early 20s who has been open about her experiences with depression. She now helps fuel and motivate kids of all backgrounds in helping them find what makes them happy and to plan for their futures.  They will be holding the same program for grades 6-8 on March 31st so Middle Schooler, stay tuned.

3/22- Today’s hot lunch is steak and cheese subs, chicken patties and cheese pizza along with freshly made grab and go salads, wraps and subs. The wrap special this week is a turkey BLT.

Scrambled egg and cheddar wraps with tots, along soft pretzels, assorted breakfast sandwiches and pastries are available at break.

Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance to the serving area and practice social distancing in line.

Don’t forget to take your free bag of remote meals when you leave tomorrow. Each bag is filled with food to enjoy on your days at home and it supports the Cafeteria staff.
