"Do you like cooking? Do you like eating? If so, you should apply to the food club! We’re a club that makes food ranging from day-to-day snacks to less common food like dumplings or cheesecake. Almost everything is made from scratch and is chosen by you! If you're interested, find one of our posters around the school and scan the QR code to apply, or come see us after school in Finley’s room Thursday May 19.

Attention High School Students and Staff - the Photo Club’s “Best in Show” photo contest is ready for you to vote! All you have to do is go to the Green commons, look at the 10 images and use the QR code there to vote for your favorite. The images are a mix of student and staff work and those with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd most  votes will get a prize! Voting is open until next Tuesday May 24th!

Attention any Freshman interested in running for class office next year. The Class of 2025 Elections will be taking place on Tuesday, May 31st to select the class officers for the next school year. If you are interested in running, please see Mrs. Longo in room 203 for more information.

The JV Baseball team made the most of their trip to a Hyannis beating St John Paul II 19-4. Chris McMinemon started off the game with a single and the rest of the team followed suit.  The Wildcats plated 7 runs in the first including an inside the park grand slam for Thomas Polidori. The 7th and 8th graders will play today at Holbrook in a middle school game. All High School JV players have the day off.

GUIDANCE NEWS

(5/17) The Wildcat Cafe is serving French toast sticks, sausage links and yogurt smoothies, Chicken patties and Tony’s French Bread Pizza today for lunch. Tater tots are available with all lunches. Freshly made grab and go wraps, salads and power packs include  this week’s special of Asian chicken wraps with crunchy peapods and chow mein noodles, a Greek salad with chicken and flatbreads and a charcuterie box with meats, cheese, fresh fruit and crackers. Donut holes, sausage and pancake on a stick with tots, pretzels, egg sandwiches, uncrustables, yogurt parfaits, cereal, smoothies and assorted pastries are available at break. Don’t forget to take at least one serving of veggies or fruit at each meal.

And finally, a big thank you to Mrs. Pope who unsurprisingly saved Timothy the turtle this morning from a certain death under the wheels of our student drivers. On behalf of Timothy, you’re the best!
