\r\nFreshman, if you are interested in running for class office next year, the Class of 2026 Elections will be taking place on Monday, September 19th to select the class officers for this school year. If you are interested in running, please see Mrs. Longo in room 203 for more information.
\r\nHey buckaroos, did you know that the Environmental Club will be having signups after school this thursday in room 217? Well, now you do! That’s thursday at 2:05 in Mr. Pike’s room for anyone interested in the Environmental Club!
\r\nSeniors: The yearbook has extended the sign up period for Lifetouch photos through the end of this week, 9/15. Please email Mrs. DeLorenzo or sign up in the office before this date. Every student that signs up gets 2 poses taken by Lifetouch FREE OF CHARGE. WIth the free option your photo is taken and submitted to the yearbook by Lifetouch. This guarantees that your Senior photo will be submitted to the yearbook in time for the deadline.
\r\nThe Best Buddies club is looking for you! If you missed the first info meeting, it’s not too late! Please meet our officers, advisor, and other students with interest in forging meaningful friendships with students with and without cognitive and physical disabilities. The next meeting will be Thursday, September 12th during power block in room 222. We will be planning our first meet-and-greet with our buddies and discussing officer positions. Join us and be part of a fresh and exciting new club. Any questions, please see Mrs. Brogna!

\r\nAttention Spanish Honor Society! Our meetings this year will be held the last Thursday of every month at 7:05 AM. Please bring your $10 dues to our first meeting on September 29th.
\r\nStudent Council will have their first meeting this Thursday during Powerblock! All high school students are welcome to attend.

The Boosters are in need of volunteers for their annual Car Wash which is being held on Saturday, September 24th from 12pm to 3p. The rain date is Saturday, Oct.1st. Please come by the main office to sign up to volunteer!
\r\nBSU is looking for volunteers to help out with Autumn-Fest on September 23rd and 24th. These hours can be used towards your required community service hours. If you are interested, please inform Mrs. MacMillan in Guidance so that she can forward you the email detailing the information.

\r\nRemember to sign up for the upcoming college visits. You must sign up two days in advance to each visit. The sign-up form is in Guidance.
\r\nProvidence College is coming this Friday, September 16 at 9:30 am and
\r\nSavannah College of Art & Design is also scheduled at 1:00 pm that same day
\r\nLasell University will be here on Tuesday, September 20th at 9:00 am
\r\nToday’s featured hot lunch is soft shell beef and cheese tacos with chips and salsa and sour cream. Chicken patties are at the grill and the pizza station is serving pizza crunchers with marinara sauce. The two display fridges have a variety of grab and go wraps, salads, uncrustables and subs. This week’s featured wrap is Buffalo chicken.
\r\nToday’s snack menu is funnel cakes, soft pretzel sticks, smoothies, parfaits, cereals and assorted pastries. An assortment of egg sandwiches and uncrustables can be found on the new breakfast cart.
\r\nAll meals are free but you must have money on your account for extra items. There is a $2.00 charge for a second entree. Money must be brought to the cafe in the morning or given to the cashier after students go through the line!
