Seniors:  Permission slips and payment of $65 is due by Wednesday, October 12th for the treetop field trip.  Please see Mr. McMurray or Mrs. MacMillan with forms and questions.

Ayo Environmental Club!  We’ll have a meeting tuesday 10/11 after school.  Meet in Mr. Pike’s room at 2:05 and get ready for fun!

\r\n

We will be having an advisory next Wednesday, October 12th so no privs that day and all students are to remain in their assigned Power Block.

\r\n

The lions club is looking for student volunteers for the craft fair on October 13 to load and unload trucks. Volunteers are needed from 8 to 10am and/or 3 to 5pm. These hours can be used for community service.

\r\n

The next photo club meeting will be next wednesday october 12 after school in room 202. Please note the change of date due to the monday holiday.

\r\n

Looking for a temporary job?  The Enchanted Village located at Jordan’s Furniture in Avon is having a hiring event.  You can get down there today from 5-7pm and Tuesday, October 11th from 3-5pm at their Stockwell Drive location.

Seniors - Now is the time to work on your Senior Bio for your Yearbook. All Bio submissions are due by today! This includes uploading your senior picture and baby picture to the Yearbook community upload AND submitting your quote and bio on the Yearbook Google Classroom. You must follow all directions for each and come and see Mrs. DeSimone or Mrs. DeLorenzo with any questions or concerns.  NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Lifetouch Student Picture Day for Grades 7-11 will be on Wednesday, October 12th. MS Students will be called down by PB. High School students will be called down by class. Staff, please have your picture taken when you bring your class down for photos. 

\r\n

There will be another Powder Puff practice today on the turf.  This practice will take place during PB, after the 5 minute freeze.  All  players should meet in the Cafe and go out to practice with Mr. C.  

\r\n

The rosters have been finalized for Homecoming Hoopla!! The 3 on 3 tournament games will start on Tuesday during powerblock.  Make sure to coordinate with your teams to make sure that you are ready for your game.

Sophomores and Juniors, please don’t forget to sign up for the PSAT exam.  The deadline to pay and sign up is October 11th and the testing date is Saturday, October 15th.

\r\n

(10/7) Today’s lunch is buffalo chicken, cheese and pepperoni pizza, nachos and chicken patties .  The display fridges have a variety of freshly made wraps, salads, uncrustables and subs. The featured wrap and salad this week is chicken bacon ranch.

Soft pretzels, pizza max sticks, uncrustables, smoothies, assorted pastries and breakfast sandwiches are available at break. 

\r\n

Please remember that all students can get only 1 free breakfast and lunch each day.
