\r\nAttention all Best Buddies Members!
\r\nOur next meeting will be tomorrow during powerblock. We will be painting pumpkins, so don't miss it!
\r\nThis week starting on Thursday, the Société Honoraire de Français will be joining the American Association of Teachers of French in promoting the twenty-third annual National French Week. This week-long celebration of all things French will take place in schools and communities and AATF chapters across the U.S. Each day we will be hosting various French-themed activities for students and faculty. Also starting Thursday, French Trivia will be emailed to you every morning for a chance to win a $25 Amazon Gift card. Also during power block we will be hosting a school-wide scavenger hunt where the winner will be awarded a $50 Amazon Gift card! Finally, we will be streaming the French version of the Disney Film “Ratatouille” in the auditorium each day during Powerblock. Please check your emails to sign up for the scavenger hunt and to watch the movie during PowerBlock. You MUST sign up in advance in order to participate and TODAY'S THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP. Both students and teachers are welcome to participate.
\r\nThere will be a Leos meeting tomorrow for Seniors only. See you in the STEAM Commons at the beginning of Powerblock.
\r\nThe 3 on 3 tournament will continue tomorrow and the whole school is invited!! Come on down during powerblock to cheer on the final four teams in their chase for a championship. We have McGrath’s Magic playing the Harrington’s and the Space Jammers taking on the sisters.

The Lions Club is looking for student volunteers for the craft fair on Saturday, November 12 to load and unload trucks. Volunteers are needed from 8 to 10am and/or 3 to 5pm. These hours can be used for community service.

Volunteers are needed during parent teacher conferences. Students would help parents find classrooms. Conferences are on Friday, November 18th 12-2 pm, Monday, 11/21 5-7pm and Tuesday, 11/22 4-6pm. Please contact Mrs. DeLorenzo or Mrs. Flynn in the main office. This is a great opportunity to earn service hours.

\r\nLunch today is pizza max sticks with marinara, breaded chicken fillet sandwiches and Tony’s French bread pizza. The display fridges have a variety of freshly made grab and go wraps, salads and uncrustables. This week’s featured wrap and salad is Chicken bacon ranch. Warm donut rings, pretzels, assorted pastries, cereals, breakfast sandwiches and smoothies are available at break.
\r\nAll students can get 1 free breakfast and 1 free lunch each day. Additional items and second meals can be purchased with account money. Students, please bring in money owed for a la carte items to the cashier in the morning.
